Learn about residential schools and then mana ooru mana badi. That progress is more than what we have seen in last 60 years, is that enough may be not but they putting food where the mouth is than what used to be with scamgress

Priorities were neellu nidhulu niyamakalu

and basic needs are always education and health

but now priorities are neellu sankshemam power(not electricity)

neglected basic needs

Nellu ravali ante power kavali, manaki gravity valla neelu vaste bagane undu, 2015 kanna mundu paper chooste pittalu ralinatu ralindru farmers as the crops went dry becuase of no power and water , my dad was retired in 2007-8 and he started agriculture in the sam year and by 2015 he lost all his retirement savings such was the state of agriculture, he literally setup generators to pump water from the borewells

We have 3 residential/model schools and one Kasturba near by my village.. they are actually doing very good compare to private schools with almost 100% success. 
but over all ga consider chesthe per capita chaala chaala thakkuva compare to other southern states.. adhe mothukonedhi
