change filters regularly 3-4 months and you’re good

you are being scammed if you are doing it yearly. 3 to 5 years is okay if you are changing your filters every 3 to 4 months.

Filter regularly 2-3 months max. Air duct every 4-5 years.

air filter replacement is dependent on the type of the filter. if your filter is those flimsy 1" thick ones, i recommend changing every couple months. if they are thicker like 3-5" change every 6 months or so.

duct cleaning recommended every 5 years, if you are concerned you can get them checked at 3 year mark but not necessary.

if having carpets, i recommend vacuuming every day atleast kids bedroom.

+1 unless there is heavy construction around your area.... every 4 months air filter changing is reasonable

Same for us. Changed monthly. It's not with change the air filters. You guys need fresh air inside the house. Try this you guys will be feel better.

Air duct cleaning every 5yrs (if new home not required). Change filter every 3 months.
