He probably means RSU 75k worth. Typical vesting period 4 yrs untundi.

company stock 100 dollars anuko when you joined...75k stock means 750 stock istaru every year...later quarterly or yearly..taxes poga oka 55 ala vastundi..upto you to hold or sell

that means 300k stock for 4 years...but thats not for junior role...atleast staff level...some times senior also based on experience
