ma parents b1/b2 drop box done , passport is ready to pick up. are there any specific timings to pick up passport ?? This is for drop box appointment

pick up ki em slot ledu bro.. poi pick up.. oka Govt issued ID chupichali.. like aadhar card

I used chrome bro , but I booked slot end of July first and changed again in August to Sept 1st week appointment. When I was using it I didn't had any issues
