Go workout and do something physical activity... you are messing with the basic functionality of the body..

I workout 4-5 days a week but problem is with nose breathing

I have the same problem...  used citizen for 10 days.. and daily workout...now I am free... daily I have nose running badly.. when there is no pollen.. use the medication available over the counter .. and had brisk walking daily .. now I am all good . I am using aswagandha every two days ...

I have winix but it is old model and not much great i bought in 2020

I bought some thing in amazon much better small and clean fast 

check amazon for more

Have few in different rooms at house, helps with dust, smells and allergies

mold is very dangerous,,,mainly if you spend most of the time indoors with doors closed

Open Maintainence requests every 2 months to change the air filter..
