Middle class is not a homogenous group, and will not vote enmasse like a single caste/community. They are not even close by their occupations, like farmers, teachers, or non gazetted employees or RTC employees. He targeted bulk of rural voting and people of lower economic status (mostly SC & ST) and expect freebies from the government. Then SC converted christians and other Christian converted castes and some other upper castes that benefit from him and are anti TDP will vote him anyway. A bulk of Kapus from rural Andhra are also likely to vote Jagan as many don't take illiterate PK seriously. BCs also turned away from TDP due to Jagan alloting them substantial amount of seats.

All these are issues for the rich and middle class.. poor people don’t care about these things.. at least this is a low priority for them..
