i have installed  Elasticsearch on two windows hosts.  status  yellow ani  chuupisthuundi, any way tto  make  it green  uusing Kibana?

seeing if i can change status  using Kibana. 

online lo linux commands tips unnai, not finding anything related to windows

configuration choodu…kibana is  webapp ….

check the services…and run…

and env variables also..

check your elastic search endpoint is up and running…and next kibana is up and running…after that you need to do bridge configuration between elastic search endpoint and kibana webapp…

let me check…my github  profile…i remember i have done something for that…

I think to make it green, you need to have atleast 3 because of raft consensus algorithm.

Kibana is a dashboard and web app, it pulls data from the logstash(elastisearch), what is your question?

Two hosts for elastic search , they will always have yellow. Either go with single node or go with 3. 
 

also why windows ? Use kubernetes or docker cluster.

using kibana it wont be green…

kibana is dashboard…

check the elastic search config…or service or environment variables…

Also my info is based on 7.17 . Not sure if they have changed this for 8.x
