• జస్టిస్ అనిరుధ్ బోస్, జస్టిస్ బేలా త్రివేది ధర్మాసనానికి చంద్రబాబు పిటిషన్ కేటాయింపు

 

టీడీపీ అధినేత చంద్రబాబు దాఖలు చేసిన క్వాష్ పిటిషన్ ను ఇటీవల సుప్రీంకోర్టు అక్టోబరు 3కి వాయిదా వేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. జస్టిస్ భట్టి చంద్రబాబు పిటిషన్ ను విచారించలేనని స్పష్టం చేయడంతో, సీజేఐ బెంచ్ ఆ పిటిషన్ ను స్వీకరిస్తుందేమోనని చంద్రబాబు న్యాయవాదులు ఆశించారు. కానీ అది సాధ్యం కాలేదు. తాజాగా, సెలవుల అనంతరం, చంద్రబాబు పిటిషన్ ను విచారించే ధర్మాసనాన్ని ఖరారు చేశారు. చంద్రబాబు క్వాష్ పిటిషన్ ను జస్టిస్ అనిరుధ్ బోస్, జస్టిస్ బేలా త్రివేది ధర్మాసనం విచారించనుంది. 6వ నెంబరు కోర్టులో ఈ విచారణ జరగనుంది. చంద్రబాబు తరపున వాదిస్తున్న సీనియర్  న్యాయవాది ఈసారి ప్రత్యక్షంగా హాజరయ్యి వాదనలు వినిపించనున్నారు.

@psycopk I thought it got postponed again to Oct 6th from Oct 3rd and Jagan Anna Caveat petition kuda vesadu.

So I think its hard for CBN to get some answer from Supreme next week too..but lets watch...

That clause was abused by judges in the past in cases related to cbn.

Because what ever the Judgement it will be a Precedent for the future, so they will not give any judgement in a hurry ani na thinking...

Ippude sarigga arrest cheyyaledhu, case kotteyandi anedhey vaadha. Already 2 courts reject chesayi. I dont think sc will be different.

Sarigga arrest cheyaledu....If Supreme Holds it then all other cases will go away automatically...But if not many cases will line up as you said...

Case lo matter undhi kabatte 2 courts rejected quash. 
vere cases ki banayinchanavi kadhu matter undhi kabatte.
