they just throw the law,

implementation will be done by auto drivers doing the monitoring and attacking whoever does carpooling,

ika ye car lo ayinaa 2-3 members vunte, they will be stopped and questioned by auto drivers,

Then as @kingcasanova mentioned, the Auto drivers in and around Bangalore are so rude(plus anti-Locals and Pro-Kannada ) that they may drag the groups out of the car attack.

BJP mundamopi party also banned car-pooling in Maharashtra. Sooner or later all govt will follow.

Car-pooling is banned if you register non-commercial registration vehicle in ride share apps and do car-pooling. There is already law regarding commerical vehicle registration ra suntas. They are just enforcing it.

You can registar as commercial and do what ever you want.

This is the accurate headline: Government bans car pooling by non commercial vehicles

All state govts are moving in that direction and Mahatrashtra already did that. Car pooling via apps using non commercial vehicle is a violation of motor vehicle act.
