Hi my cousin is looking for loan to buy a car and doesn’t have good credit history only a month in US 

can he get car loan with decent rate from DCU if I co sign 

none of the show rooms are working with him on lease

Yes Dcu accepts co signing and they have preapprovals for auto loans and doesnt even do credit check if you have preapproval. I cosigned for a friend last week for 5.99%
