This is not even a new mall , it's just manjeera mall taken over by Lulu 

My cousin has a apartment there , fun fact the developers of that building fled after selling the apartments/mall and didn't pay KPHB. 

The top floors of the apartment still don't have permission and can be bought for very cheap compared to other properties around it

What is so funny about that fact?

By the way, most top floors are the same in the city. Particularly in KPHB/Kukatpally/Miyapur area almost all top floors do not have permission.
