That's true for full time..but corp to Corp jobs bagane vunnai for other technologies..I am not sure about data engineer  stream hence posted here

Data Engineer/Analyst stream is dead bhayya. Covid lo chala mandi data boot camps by Google, Udemy chesaru. So heavy competition on data side. Lot of US citizens who were in excel jobs/analyst jobs did those boot camps and are now applying for same data engineering jobs.

Anni jobs same.. by 2025 ..h1b jobs will be dead..opt jobs for only top 35 ranked univerisites..

Students are coming here for masters in low profile schools..utilize three years of opt for offcampus jobs..earn 90,000$ and return to USA and start a business or buy a home..work in IT there..

How did you do performance tuning in databricks clusters?

In my current ogranization, since we were dealing with smaller datasets (smaller electricity suppliers with limited set of customers), we selected single node clusters for cost optimization.

For other projects where machine learning methods were involved, we had enabled auto - scaling and storage-optimized instances on Databricks.

 

Advanced Excel and SQL queries to streamline report generation. 

Our Sales team required graphs on KPIs to evaluate the trend of how their team was performing every week, how many customers are they brining in and how many clients are not active on the platform anymore. 

We had customized multiple Tableau reports to showcase these metrics by extracting data using Excel functions and SQL queries and input that data to Tableau data source and create reports/dashboards.
