I also only hear about it and in general know the advantages. But not sure where to buy and how the yield is given - Montjly/quarterly or yearly or at end of term. Can we sell t-bills anytime? Quote

Buy in secondary markets like fidelity , and the yield is at maturity . If you buy from Treasury direct , it will be be for specific times , but secondary markets like fidelity , you will find bills for almost all the maturity dates .. 1 Quote
