Client FTE offer chesaadu. Epati varuku eppudu contracting ne.. fulltime salary expectation thelidhu.. Is it a decent offer ?? 

EXP: 11 Years

Role: Full Stack Dev

Location: Dallas

Base Salary: 160K

Bonus: 8-18%

Joining Bonus: 20K
