Deal with competition & over bidding Sad state for new home buyers or wanna be… some are forced to buy due to family situation, good school districts and many other things. Now imagine waiting on sidelines thinking home prices and rates will come down and both won’t happen instead go up near term like 2 years based on what happening. It’s a luxury now. Quote
