70 months 2k interest. 😀. 6.5 ekkada ippudu 7.5.Better to rent it.  What other parameters are you talking   ? @Vaaaampire

First thing if one does not have kids and cant afford the emi and are comfortable in living a 2 bhk apartment, then buying now is just fomo.

if there is a real need where kids are grownup and need space, looking for smaller homes is better, again leave the fomo for large home

At some point of time, people have to wakeup to new reality and not stay in the past looking at frnds who were lucky to get 3% rate back then.

yes, not when interest rates at peaks

it defeats the whole purpose of owning a home at this mortgage rates and inflation economy

Aithe smaller homes full competition. Big homes demand will go down.

Some time in 2025 lo possibility undi.. but if interest rates go beyond 10%. It might probably stable at around 7-7.5 in 2025.

Yaa. We will never see 2021 rates. People will accept that and move on. There are people buying homes for 3m+ even with current interest rates. Thats the reality.

interest rates okkatey parameter ga thisukuntey workout ayye pani kaadhu

There are ton of people waiting with cash to buy homes when interest rates go down. Good luck to people who are planning to buy homes after decrease in interest rates. Deal with competition & over bidding

Sad state for new home buyers or wanna be… some are forced to buy due to family situation, good school districts and many other things. Now imagine waiting on sidelines thinking home prices and rates will come down and both won’t happen instead go up near term like 2 years based on what happening. It’s a luxury now.

For that so many people have to loose jobs and slow down economic activity.

hyd lo real estate danda bagunanta sepu manollu akkada ammi ayina sare ikkada kontaru .. democratic instagram youtube compulsion.

US wants to become export based economy again and less reliance on imports. That will have its own impact on the inflation. No good news in the near term.

waiting to buy a bigger home than our frnds or relatives is just suicide. Accept loss and buy a smaller affordable home 😝
