No where it is stated that the cause of death is the father killing the other three and committing suicide due to huge financial losses. Am I missing something here?

He's not the first one, who has done that in both US and India. Those that did it in India had done it without guns as well. Infact, those that resort to such things, think that their family are their property and they can't live without them being in charge of running things.

it was definitely planned, the incident happened on sonal's birthday. I wish the kids ran away, ik they were little but they should'nt have been killed.
