If the car is involved in theft insurance wont take risk and mark it as salvage and sell it on Lbs. 

20K-25k Car come in 10k, then whats should go wrong of above scenario?

Even after you get the rebuilt title, it is difficult to get insurance and it will be very high compared to a regular car… only collision isthaadu, comprehensive coverage ivvadu..

if the car was involved in an accident, it can be fixed well.. but if it is a flood damage, you never know when the car will give up..

Air bag sensors might not function as they are supposed to. Don't gamble with cars, that 10-15k savings is not worth you n your family safety. You never know which part is faulty and when it's gonna kaput. Ina kontanu ante.. buy an OBD diagnostic reader ..DIY nerchuko.., full old city thur*kolla tinkering batch lekka, fix it yourself.
