EIT = Engineer In Training aka EI = Engineer Intern
PE = Professional Engineer

[/quote]i passed FE last year.. but i did not apply for the certificate.. or may be they sent me one and I did not recieve it because I moved..

but do u not get the certificate when u pass FE?

no u do not get if u pass the FE ..there's a small application process ....for no ABET clg degree we need to get the transcript evaluation done! so...anduke i am seeking help...if its worth $350 aa  ani

[/quote]oh then I have no clue.. nenu FE pass ayina kaani never worried abt the certificate.. and now I have changed my field, so my FE doesnt  even help me in any way..

is it the certificate or letter of passing ?? i got a letter too from NCEES ...did u do ur bachelor's in US ??

after getting letter of passing, i applied for certificate. i did my BS in INDIA and MS in US (texas).

did u do the credential evaluation of transcripts ?? or r u from VIT (india)

i didn't do any credentials. i just mailed my BS,MS transcripts and $15 money order that's it.
note:this certificate will worth at time of PE exam registration.
