There is no free judiciary anywhere in the world.  The checks and balances in the democratic system are only in theory. Political loyalty is needed for appointment to high courts and supreme courts. To an extent local political affiliations are needed for appointments in lower courts as well.

IP address tracking is so easy , even with VPN. People being rude is ok, but violent threats are not ok.
