Employer gadu Open enrollment inka start kaledu spouse ni na health insurance ki add cheyalemu until Jan 1st antunnadu..Until jan 1st varaku edaiana manchi temporary health insurance enrollment options unte pls suggest cheyandi.

if you married recently..then it should qualify as a life event and you should be able to enroll her from Employer plan..

yes 31 days rule is there... try screening here and see if u qualify
