these guys sucks all the money from OPT candidates and we can't ask them only because we are in OPT and having less experience.

@9dime...do u have consultancy or u get a comission...if somebody joins ur reffered consultancy...ndi

mamalu market keka .....ee donga consultancies namakandi......if u join any consultancy u get ` job with in 2 months........

but makesure
1)discuss the rate before
2)ask 80-20 after 6 months
3)h1b

some consultancies fucukers deduct the employer  taxes from our pay also...

always join a consultancy with ur known friends(those who are working since 1 yr)

ask him 70-30...many consultancies are giving 70-30
example:-

if ur billing 50
u get 35 an hour
ur employer is getting 15 and hour 15*170=2550-taxes 850=1800 is the profit 1800*6 ==approx 10,000

andhulo tutor ki 1500 and accomdation oka 1000 and suppport ki 1500
almost he makes 1000 per month

if he has 6students he makes 6,000 a month.....finally employers does nothing....they make lof of money...that's how it works
