Overall, decent billing, mostly relaxed job environment from my experience.

work culture is bad and worst with desi crowd  and desi manager in the team. Work culture is good and you can work on second job.  don't take fulltime jobs  and take a contracting job with federal . 

you can't work outside of US and your manager can't give you vacation for 2 months . longer term no plans to india take the federal jobs or move with new job. for approved travel u neeed to get a clearaance from the gov
