Oil extraction process is same. 

Nuvvula nune Vedi vantiki .. But its good for heart it seems. Once in a while we use it esp when we make Thai food.

We use olive oil only for salads. 

We alternate Canola and vegetable oil for cooking and deep frys (we rarely do). Sometimes Avacado oil.
