Property taxes in Texas - Is it worth ?

Lots of friends in my circle who bought homes in 2020 - 2021 time frame are paying an average mortgage payment of $2500 - $3000 for the good sized single family home who bought in the 400k - 500k price range and Interest rates are under 3%.

If i look at the current market trends, the same size homes are selling at minimum for 850K and higher Interest rates and High property tax rates .. 

If someone gets a loan with the current Interest rates.. the monthly mortgage payment is $6000 per month. 

Is it worth to buy a home ? better to stay on rent ?

100k homestead additional exemption on the way in November atleast most communities oka 2 to 3k releif and baseprice will be reduced good for future..

Dallas market didn’t cool down like other markets.. at these rates and prices, it is stupidity to buy a house..

If you own a home with $800K+ - it is like you are going in Tesla Model Y

If you own a home with $1.2M + - similar to going to the party in Merc.

don't buy house in 2023 . 2024 october lo house will be back to 2020, 2021 prices. vucha apukovadam kastam aante buy and cry for your loss
