We have a Nanny from India who is from Dallas , they are difficult to deal with. 
vijayawada people , they are very difficult 

our one we paid 4K plus food and room with TV and also medicines cosmetic products 

she wanted fruits and chicken every day , she ate fruits without giving it to the kids. ( we told her to feel free to eat all the food at home, didn’t realize she eats everything without leaving anything for us) 

She tried to play sick games , even when we know she is not sick.

This is nonsense , now we only hired a Nanny for just cooking and cleaning and my in laws watch the kids we are paying 2500 for the cooking and cleaning and helping out with other house hold chores. 
 

Indian nanny are waste if you have access to Indian food in your community like some one cooking food for you, American nanny are better as they will take your kids around for activities.

I can understand you hesitation but experience tho cheptunna, go for a good daycare even if it’s expensive. They treat infants really good with utmost care
