IMO...honest gaa 8 hours per day is enough in normal days...only you have to go beyond in few cases...like end of the sprint if work is pending...or any production issues..etc

Job is just struggle for existence antey bro  ( 90% of people) rest 10% who has real passion to grow like all tech company ceo's and who has high play 300k 400 k etc....  rest all are same i guess - who earns 50-80$ hr.
