Loans I guess 20 to 25% kodithe you can buy rental income not sure how math works for commercial props

Shops or commercial places oka sari khaali aite, fill avdaniki 1 yr pattuddi… the owner has to pay mortgage even if it stays vacant..

Also you cannot get loans on fixed interest rate on commercial properties.
