What's Hindu rastra? How exactly does Hindu rastra differ in terms of demographics? Is it a compulsion to have Muslim friends? Does this apply one way ? Or other way round as well?

I don't see how existing demographics of India will altogether be changed to form whatever 'Hindu rastra' you are worried about. Or is it similar to all the hue and cry that moslems won't have safety and can't live if Modi comes to power? Did it now shape shifted into 'Hindu rastra' now?

Is friendship not a personal choice? In a free nation an individual is free to engage with another individual who shares same interests. It's a person's prerogative. It's not some government job or a political office where a community representation needs to be given by law, or a corporate office where representative hiring takes place in the name of diversity.
