I think you can ask them to file your transfer after your return, which is 2 wks. You can go visit and come back on you current visa stamp

no impact to your H1b application

1 thing always remember, latest i94 takes precedence, which means

Ex: if you get H1b approved before you come back from India, then i94 you get at POE will take precedence over what you had in your i797 approval copy of H1 transfer

do it in premimum or ask them to hold off for 2-3 weeks.

no 1 thing is you should go. e love  da h 1 disccusions taruvatha. (if i were you and opinion)

If it gets approved during your travel, you can return with your existing stamp but need to carry newly approved i797 copy anukunta. Andhuke to avoid these headaches, better to hold off new petition if possible

original approved I797 avasaram ledhu....for visa interviews or POE. Nenu monna extn approve avvagaane India vella and got my stamping done and POE with scanned copy sent by my attorney through email.

So check with them if they can provide scanned approval copy....usually USCIS approve cheyyagaane, scan pampistharu as email and then they will post original, which will take few days for your attorney to receive it.

Ni kotha transfer H1 you will only get 1st page and i94 radu..so you have to go back out of country and gets stamped again...better transfer after coming back or do in premium , since you already have stamping just show the latest transfered h1 copy and come back with that.
