If AICC has the final say, then it’s Malli Bhatti Vikramarka.

To counter weight and Revanth’s lobby works, then Seethakka as CM.

It’s actually the other way around….Traditionally SC’s and ST’s are strong supporters of Congress for decades. Demographics have changed in the last decade esp 2014 but it’s other wise. Mid and old age voters May get back to Congress..
