@Sonu_Patel nidra potu dream madhya lo lechi post pettinattunnadu... i can tell there is difference between dream and reality 🙂 both are quite apart ..naku naa circle lone 80 to 90% ppl want housing market crash they are staying in apartments andulo sagam mandi its not like they wanted to buy they want is to speak to me and other friends who bought at higher price , see anduke anta petti konoddu anedi.. if the price falls if fellow friend buy i will be happy for them.. manam maram .. mana community maradu.. manam edagakapoina parledu pakkodiki nashatam vaste aa sukhame veru raja.. 🙂

540k home  comes 4k  monthly for 30 years. That 4k is after taxes income. Still expensive for me.
