never anna we are in careers where salaries high at young age expierence vastu unte fade out avuthu untamu ,

higher positions ki you need to know corporate politics along with skill adi andariki raadu

poni you want to continue IC position to continue your paycheck ante with tools, generative AI tools , cloud abstractong all your complexity they dont need 12 15 expierence candidates , either we have to be willing to work for fresher pay 

 

for ex doctors, scientists, pharmcy , dentists, good lawyers etc initial days lo they get very less pay but expierence vastu unte value peruguthu untundi , dont think any doctor will be scared about his job (dont know robots vasthe) but they will  never have anxiety , daily job stress untundo emo but never worried for paycheck
