Yeah it's isolated neighborhood attached to lightfarms but that's not part of lightfarms so many ppl won't prefer it ..also school district is celina isd that does not have good rating

 

Also look at the amount of complaints megatel have ..unless u want to own and take ownership of all those issues that come with megatel home please go ahead and buy it. 🤣

Old house inventory market lo ki radu but new houses prices will go down as there wont be new buyers due to interest rates. Every body is waiting on the sideline and watching what will happen next ani.. with Interest rates, war, oil prices will go up and Job market will hit badly in 2024 1st or second quarter...

I doubt it if they go to 450s especially in Dallas for a new construction.. still lot of desis buying. Rates are already too high and as soon as fed cut rates people will line up. if Fed keep these rates till end of 2024 there might be chance

Many came down to 550, matter of time will come down to 450 in Dec

For sure it will go to 450's in second quarter 2024. Interest rates will not go down until there is more unemployment(mild to medium recession). interest rates will stay between 7-8 till 2025-2026 and then slowly it might come down to 5-6. We will never see under 3 in our lifetime(unless there is one more covid kind of situation)

Fed wants recession at any cost to get rid of this inflated economy

I dont see much impact on East coast as the prices did not inflated like TX/Dallas, Atlanta and NC Area.
