Interest rates will not go down until there is more unemployment(mild to medium recession). interest rates will stay between 7-8 till 2025-2026 and then slowly it might come down to 5-6. We will never see under 3 in our lifetime(unless there is one more covid kind of situation) Fed wants recession at any cost to get rid of this inflated economy I dont see much impact on East coast as the prices did not inflated like TX/Dallas, Atlanta and NC Area. 1 Quote
