1. USCIS recently changed the language of H1B. In proposal stage after 60 days goes to federal registrar.

main thing H1B self petition with self enterpreuneurial - same person can code and do contracts for himself .... meaning can do freelancing !! no c2c, no FT, the H1B is employer- and employee .... idaithay kasakkk vundi !! there will be increase in hourly rates too !!

2. Now - no i140s for India for FY 2024 .... - indicating they are looking for some FIX for this chronic problem !!! - again good omen ...
