Exact numbers are not out, thousands will have no job in coming months. Edit: additinal info: My entire BU has seen retention of closure to 95+% very few didnot receive and the mgrs have confirmed it is unlikely the rest would get the retention offer. Fyi below is a reference on waves of offer letter that were sent. Internal talk is around 18k offers were sent and rest were not and some BUs have not seen single offer due to some other plans for those specific units. 2 Quote
