They can leave and some of them already left. Andhulo 75% desis who r dependent on visa/gc, so not that easy to jump other companies as we think - evari constraints vaallaki vuntaayi kadha...

sometimes getting fired means massive retentions offers especially for long standing employees. 

they vest a portion of stock and get 3-9 months salary depending on tenure.
