NC (RTP) housing market😱

it looks like RTP market on the edge of cooling down. Huge inventory of unsold homes, rates dropping from $10k to $50k. Builders are giving crazy incentives but still homes are not being sold. Same houses were sold $75k to $100k over the market price.

True, all those who bought in Q1 and Q2 2023 are seeing great impact..

following it very closely . the rates have not come down . new construction builders are increasing prices as well.

however, houses are sitting in the market. 

crazy incentives em lev. maximum 10k closing costs
