Makes sense what you say .. I use only CC's and not DC's but have control over my expenses.

I never do any analysis on personal expenses. But there are plenty of budget Google sheets that let you examine your expenses. Let me know if you need one. I can share. 

Have you guys explored Personal Capital? One place to look at all your accounts
