 Bengaluru cardiologist:

 24 hours per day (as far as I know) 
If you work 6 days a week - 12h per day 
Remaining 12h 
8 hours sleep 
4 hours remain 
In a city like Bengaluru 
2 hours on road 
2 hours remain - Brush, poop, bathe, eat 
No time to socialise 
No time to talk to family 
No time to exercise 
No time for recreation 
Not to mention companies expect people to answer emails and calls after work hours also. 
Then wonder why young people are getting #Heartattacks?!

Aynaa veedini enduku serious ga teeskuntunnaru. Old age chadastam. Overtime chesevallu already doing. Yavvanam enjoy cheyyali - pothe malli raadu antunna @Sucker.

Ask him to implement this rule - vaadi office addalu vaadi kanti addalu kooda pagilipothay.

Food sleep most important matter at least until 40-45 Chex. Ivi sacrifice cheyodhu bochu la jobs kosam. Workout cheyakunna try for some yoga min 30 min enough or walk and go for Massage ( not for BJ mee mokaal Manda ) regular ga for blood flow. 

You will be super fine.

He talked about youngsters who joined the workforce… may be below 30’s who don’t have families… not middle aged and old people.. 

it is actually good for youngsters to put in more hours and work more as they learn more and it helps them in their future.. nenu baga nerchukundi antha 20’s lo ne.. from 30’s, we just do the minimum work needed with the knowledge and skills we gained in the 20’s 

ippudu vachhe freshers antha chala lazy ga, uninteresting ga untunnaru..
