Sadly I’m scared of heights and flying. Too bad it’s not in some island where I can take ferry to work.

he is not talking about Infosys.. he is talking in general about the younger generation and their contribution to the country’s economy..

Without understanding context every one making a big deal. I agree with you on his earlier statement. 

I would agree with his statement for people who are working for themselves or their businesses. Otherwise working for more than 8hrs a week does not make sense.
