All the people who got Delta Variant Covid should not do vigorous exercises or even brisk walk for at least 24 months as their Lungs would be very weak. And they should not drink and smoke too much. Addicts should reduce their consumption to very low's. These people should take alcohol or cigarettes during withdrawals only not whenever they feel.

Very sad. Lots of reports like this where young people are dying. Exercise, or heavy activity (dancing, etc) seems to be the trigger. 

Not sure if its Covid or vaccines or a combination of both.

How do you know we got delta and not something else. I home  tested positive - 3 days lo poindi.
