dec last week nundi jan thrid week varaku vuntundi…

i did really good this year but keeping low expectations…

no matter of what how awesome you are…if you are on h1b …you get less than gc/citizen worst performer…

last year bare minimum chesina bonus iccharu because retaining talent was crucial in great regisnation drama. But this year above expectations vellina bonus raka povacchu. because retaining talent is not even a concern now, they can hire better talent for a cheaper price now.

That’s a myth anna. I don’t think the rewards are based on your immigration status. There won’t be that discrimination unless the leader who is doing the rewards is a desi d**k head manager.

nice gaaa one to one meetings lo…whats your top priority antaaru…most if the desis say immigration like h1b, perm, i-140..etc they will fulfill that…and ignore the bonus…
