I saw a kid very old 15-16 years untadu he came with his mom to chick fill a, got some food for him they both sat and suddenly started hitting his mom. Is this also autism?

Autism is kind of unknown territory & every kid is different. We can't generalize.
Some kids very calm and can understand with less behaviour issues.
For some kids - it's un-predictable & don't know how they respond to certain situations and what triggers them to start hitting & shouting. for such cases.. It's a daily struggle for parents.
