Mostly yes. Plant based reduces saturated fat intake though.

For lazy or unhealthy people which is a majority of db folks, plant based is better.

There are lots of people... Even I was like that and wasted precious 20s.... funny thing is I didn't even invested that money in stocks or real estate...

I realized late, but better be late than never
