Yes....10 years ago lot of Bay Area batch bought houses for 650,000-800,000 from 2014-17. Now it costs 1.4-1.5 million!

ITs not possible in 10 yrs. Its posible in 1 yr these days with the amount of salaries people are making, multiple jobs, stocks investments and house appreciation.

U mean $10M? in 10 yrs? If its true, your friend did well. But he must have done some business or invested heavily in stocks that multipled, or worked for a startup that got sold.
