nenu protein powder teeskunedi to get big and build mass, not so that I get enough pump to lift. Drinking shakes is easier for me than eating in bulk to gain muscle/mass. My maintenance is close to 3500kcal/day and 1200 out of it comes from a protein shake I make

I don’t take any pre workout or ped if you know what that means

You need to read better. Read my original post again. I said best is to get protein from natural foods and if you can't for what ever reason, these protein powders are OK.

Learn to argue or have a conversation in a constructive way.

I have problem that protein powders r okay thingy

and I think I made my point clear

U support protein powder and natural protein

I support natural foods only

so, powder is for weak is my statement

and dont lecture on discussions first make a point then talk… U r not on either of the grps when U support both

Protein powder is for weak endi saami.. Em matladthunav. Its one of the easiest way to reach protein goals everyday. As long as it is taken in moderation, it shouldn't cause any issues. You can just dump a scoop of powder with almond milk and few frozen fruits in a blender and make a shake.
