You should take BACA and creatine along with protein powder bro . These are essential to recover and gain muscle.

usually we do not take these forever . Take it untill we reach out goals and back to normal diet. 
 

I usually works out 3 months on and off. Maintain good muscle and shape . Take supplements while working out , other times I get nutrient from daily food intake.

I’ve heard mixed things about creatine and never tried it, not sure what BACA is. I’ll probably use it for sometime next year. Thanks!

I tried supps from UK Biaxol a few months ago after a gym buddy recommended it, and it worked well for me alongside my regular routine. I noticed better recovery after workouts and wasn’t feeling as sore the next day. The taste was fine too—not amazing, but definitely drinkable. I mixed it with milk or oats sometimes to make it smoother. Don’t expect magic though, diet and consistency still matter.
