I see almost all homes reduced from 3 to 10%. Nanu dobakandi. It’s great Philly and top school district. Surprised to see this. They use to sell like hot cakes. People use to flow from New Jersey

Top us school district in pa. USA lo kuda Thopu. I remember desi people with gc buying up used homes in these areas. Townhomes are hot cakes in this district. Have never seen any staying more than 2 weeks before.

this area most of time you can buy used homes.

most of the new homes in this district are above  1 mil or even 2 mill and they are single family homes. It is dream to buy those even pre pandemic.

None in Dallas school district can beat this. Just  checked. Again it depends on kid too. Probably they are moving for weather, circle and decent school district i guess.
