I see tonne of posts on Indian cricket in social Media today as if India already won the world cup.. here are couple of things that can go wrong...

It's a batsman paradise... Where is insurance if a blower has an off day or gets injured? You are looking at 400+ score.  .. you lost the match at half time .

 

What's up with going with prasidh Krishna as hardik pandya replacement?

There are no other decent allrounders in India… they should have tried to give  kohli or Shreyas a chance to bowl in the match against SA..

That way, even Ashwin is an all rounder..

Jadeja is primarily a bowler who can bat at 7 or below.. he cannot bat at no 6 or 5 like hardik and cannot replace a batsman in the team..

Ashwin big shots aadaledu baa like jadeja...if at all we need some hitting jadeja can but I doubt we can never count on Ashwin in such situations...

Coming to hardik not so sure abt his batting recent form with the bat not so good comparatively Jadeja has become more dependable now a days with the bat

Har dick’s batting average is 34.01 and bowing average is 35.23

Jadeja’s batting average- 32.70

bowling average- 35.69

I don’t see much difference in their stats… but you know what, Jadeja is consistently fit and one of the best fielders of all time..

Ade antunnanu.. we don’t have a proper batsman who can bat at 4-6 and bowl 10 overs or even 4-5 overs like a Yuvraj or even Raina.. other than Jadeja

back then ippati laaga reliable 3 bowlers leru kaaka that's the reason we needed batting allrounders back then...

now even one bowler has an off day remaining 4 can cover it up ...

But that bowler still has to bowl his quota of 10 overs… there is no other way unless someone in the top 6 batsmen bowls few overs..

Problem is his form is on the downhill.

Semi is in Bombay - either you need quality spin or fast bowling with lots of variation.
